Returns

Thanks for shopping at www.emportcloud.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it online.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any software product for which advanced payment has been made by customer and things are partially delivered as per satisfaction level of customer, refund will be made after deducting development cost.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive the refund request, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
